Shipping policy

CANCELLATIONS:

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice.
Each order’s billing and shipping address must match.

In the event that your order is cancelled, please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to reverse back to your account.

 

Important Notice: Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. If your address is incorrect, unfortunately, we won't be able to adjust it. In such cases, your order will be refunded.

Additionally, if your order is returned to CinchedUNlimited, LLC., due to an incorrect address, we will notify you via email. Please note that the refund issued in this case will exclude the initial shipping cost.

Please note that shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

We are NOT responsible for any delays in shipping caused by USPS, severe weather or other circumstances out of our control.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. For 2-Day orders, processing takes 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.

Please be aware of observed US holidays, including: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.

Packages shipped via Standard to Alaska and Hawaii may require more than 10 business days for delivery.

For packages shipping to United States Territories and all Military and Diplomatic addresses, delivery may take up to 21 days and must be shipped via our Standard Shipping method.
