To be eligible for a return:(If an Exception is Granted)
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product Packaging including accessories such as cases, microfiber cloths bags and Tags..
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Discounted items are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale Items:
Exchanges are applicable only to regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, except for items purchased with discount codes.)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please initiate a return using our returns portal or contact our support team for help.
Please note you need to initiate a return or contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to be issued a full credit. Any requests received after FIVE days will not be honored. (This includes weekends, if your order arrived on Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
What if I was out of town when my package arrived: PROOF of your vacation must be presented in order for us to Honor this EXCEPTION.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Mystery Box, Ski Goggles, Hats, Sunglasses and Hoodies
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cinchedunlimited.com.
Gift Returns Policy
Gifts Purchased and Shipped Directly to You: If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Gifts Purchased but Not Marked as Gift: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
Shipping Costs Responsibility: Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping expenses are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount
Shipping Time Variation: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
